Refund Policy:

Given the nature of the services we provide, we cannot predict or guarantee a specific outcome, as results differ for each individual and family situation. Results are dependent upon your efforts, decisions, and your unique situation, which is beyond any control of your consultant and Mindful Conscious Spirits, LLC.

Our refund poicy is as follows:

Lockhart Mindful Method: If you decide for any reason that you would like to cancel your investment in the Lockhart Mindful Method, the Company will provide a 50% refund. If after you completed the first 3 modules and had properly completed and submitted the My Child’s Triggers handout and My Child’s Sensory/Sensitivity Profile and you aren’t happy with the program or need to discontinue services for any reason, then you will receive a partial refund. Refunds must be requested within 30 calendar days of your program start date. To request a refund, please contact support@mindfulconsciousspirits.com and state the reason why you would like a refund and provide proof of completing the following required action tasks: 1. “My Child’s Triggers” handout, 2. “My Child’s Sensory/Sensitivity Profile”. If you fulfill these requirements, you will receive a 50% refund. We will initiate a refund back to the credit card used.

Nurtured Parents Connect: Refunds will not be made due to lack of parent/child progress during or after receiving services. Hundreds of families have benefited from our services and we are 100% confident you will too!

Private Consultations: Refunds will not be made due to lack of parent/child progress during or after receiving services. Partial refunds are not provided for unused sessions purchased as a package. If for any reason you decide you do not want/need to use all appointments, you may choose to: a) Gift your remaining appointments to a friend or family member. b) Save your appointments to schedule a progress/check-in appointment at a later date (unused sessions do not expire). c) Donate your remaining sessions to our scholarship for families who can’t otherwise afford our specialized services. To request that unused packages be allocated to someone else, please contact support@mindfulconsciousspirits.com and state which option you prefer (a-c above).
